To help people build beds that truly support better rest, fiber scientists at the Good Housekeeping Institute Textiles Lab spent six months testing more than 300 bedding products, from sheets and pillows to blankets and mattresses. In the lab, they evaluated each item for fabric strength, resistance to pilling and washability, then sent products to over 800 at‑home sleep testers across the country to gather real‑world feedback on comfort and performance.
